Frequent shuttles to the islands
The crossing to Île aux Moines from Port-Blanc (Baden) takes just 5 minutes, with departures every 15 to 30 minutes in season. Île d'Arz is accessible from Vannes in about 25 minutes, with several daily rotations. These regular services make it easy to visit the islands for the day while enjoying great flexibility for the return journey.
Cruises in the gulf
Izenah Croisières offers several guided cruise packages to discover the riches of the Gulf of Morbihan: a full tour of the gulf, exploration of the islands and tidal currents, sunset cruises. The commentary covers the history, geography and ecology of this inland sea dotted with 42 islands and countless islets.
Booking and access
Tickets are available online, by phone and at the Vannes and Port-Blanc ticket offices. For the Île aux Moines shuttle from Port-Blanc, booking is generally not necessary (boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis). For cruises and the Île d'Arz service, booking is recommended in high season. The Port-Blanc car park is pay-and-display in summer and can get very full — a shuttle service from Baden is sometimes available.
