Sailcoop
Sailcoop offers a sailing shuttle from Concarneau to Les Glénan aboard an 80-seat sailboat, with a 2 to 4-hour stopover on Saint-Nicolas. The low-carbon crossing.
Sailing to Les Glénan
Sailcoop is a French cooperative developing sail-powered passenger transport. From Concarneau, its 80-seat sailing vessel crosses to the Glénan archipelago using wind power — a quiet, low-carbon alternative to motor vessels. Crossing time depends on the wind (roughly an hour and a half).
Formulas for every taste
The classic return trip with a 2 to 4-hour stopover on Saint-Nicolas island costs €59 per adult (2026); a non-stop return sail, sunset aperitif cruises (€35) and naturalist-guided crossings are also offered. The boat is wheelchair accessible.
Good to know
Bicycles and pets are not carried. Departures depend on weather; the season runs from spring to early autumn and booking online is required.
